- Review of analysis of current state in light of all of the above. With discussion of things that are concerns, red flags, or places of celebration.
- Prioritization to shift what the client desires to change about current state, and confirmation if there is a solution (which there always is) within the legal realm known as estate planning.

- Document preparation of a whole and complete plan. (Trusts, Wills, POAs - med & financial, living will, hipaa waiver, final disposition, personal property transfers, real estate transfers to trust, LLC transfers, other legal documents necessary to make it complete).
- Education, Coaching and Empowerment - through conversation making sure the client understands how Trusts work and has a clear asset list with the right property in the right place, and the right communication plan, beneficiary designation plan, in place.
- Practical Emergency planning - development of a password protection strategy, emergency plan communication strategy, kids protection plan and guardianship instructions for families with young kiddos.
